Hi has anyone ever got to there headlamp washer pump and if so is it a hard job or easy it's on a 2009 model

Need to get into the front wing. See the thread about changing headlights to see how much fun you will have. You need to get the wheel arch liner out. At least on the E53 you could see the blasted thing!!
Never anthropomorphise computers. They hate that.
