Can anyone down South reset my DPF counter?

Hi guys, now our E70 is at 160K we are getting both DPF codes 452A and 4D4A as BMW programme in a total running distance for the DPF even if its still fully functional!!!!.
Apart from the warning in I Drive the car still does a regen and the back pressure at idle/ 200 rpm/ cut off is still below the max limits of 35,75,200mbar.

I have DIS and have found the DPF reset but can't get DIS to communicate with the X5, we get a diagnostic bus error number 200.16.

The last time I used DIS was about 3 years ago on my 07 E91 with no issues but it just doesn't want to communicate with our 57 E70.

Any advice or ideas will be greatly appreciated.

Ended up buying the BMW ISTA software and reset the DPF myself, ISTA also works on F series cars so would sj do be suitable if we upgrade to a later X3/X5.
