4.8 clutch fan??

Hi Guys
My 2007 4.8 has started to make a noise which seems very similar to a clutch fan on its way out but I have been doing some research and I’m not sure if my model has one? Noise is that of a loud fan with revs and fine on idle apart from a small bit of chatter noise like a pulley bearing or something.
Any ideas on what this could be?
