Just to check .....

I have 36psi (315/30/22) in my rears and 34 psi (285/35/22) in the fronts... Is this ok?

It feels a little to hard and seems I feel every small lump and bump?

Cheers

I run mine at 32 all round with the same size tyres.  I can't see why the 'M' would need more.....

You should find the specified pressures on the front door shut.

With 30 profile 22 inch Runflats, with M sport suspension !
I'm surprised you still have any fillings left in your mouth :)) :)) :))

You wouldn't need RFT's as the sidewall is so small there is no room for deformity should you lose the 3 square inches of air in each tyre :))
