I'm selling my 2011 (61) 40d M Sport, it's only covered 8k miles, immaculate throughout.  I've just reduced it slightly, it's still a little above your budget but it really is a beauty, no 7 seats but is well spec'd.

What no heated child's seat!

The interior looks lovely and great color combination, but like so many I am unconvinced with the looks at this stage.  Personally speaking, if I was in the market for a SUV of that size right now I'd buy the new RRS which looks frankly stunning inside and out.

Wife hates it, too big apparently!  She thought she'd adjust to the size of it, but she seems to avoid driving it full stop.

I'm sorry to hear that....  That must be time consuming and easier to steal the whole car I'd of thought with the punishment being probably the same if caught.

BMW are one of the better manufacturers when it comes to warranty and goodwill gestures, impressed they didn't try and wriggle out of the brakes.

School boy error there, I've amended the ad to include the price.  As for the sale, not half as sorry as I am trust me   But without my wife driving the car and me more often than not travelling to Central London by rail for work it's one hell of an expensive driveway decoration 3 days of the week!
