make sure that the battery is fully charged-if not it wont work - i think from memory there needs to be above a certain level of fuel in the tank and the battery needs to be above a certain percentage of charge in order for the aux heater to work- i would check both these first before looking elsewh...

sounds like you need to change the fuel filter!!-mine did exactly the same and when i changed the fuel filter (pig of a job)it cured it-turns out the fuel filter had never been changed!! even with full BM S/H if you do yours cut the the old fuel filter up and check out how much crap is in it!!

if you still have your old filter-hacksaw the end of it and see what the filter element inside looks like-bet you screw your face up when you see it!!

try reverting back to normal bulbs-this should prove if the hid,s are causing your issue,s!
