If not battery, could be alternator / voltage regulator. There is a hidden menu from where you can monitor the voltage of the battery and charging system using the OBC. Menu 9 from memory. Google and you'll find instructions.

You're correct, 04 on has the later ZF box and the general opinion is that it is less prone to catastrophic failure. Not sure we have any scientific evidence of this but I'm at 114k now with fingers firmly crossed!

I've had good results just smearing a film of de icer on the seals each time I scrape the windscreen. Hasn't killed the seals yet either!

It's fairly common for the door lock solenoid to fail, intermittently at first, then completely. Especially drivers door as it is used most.

Certainly can as I did a few years ago. Use realoem to get part numbers then call your dealer.

Is it struggling to idle when cold and warm?  Did you get to the bottom of your other error messages that were coming up?  These issues might be unrelated. Do you know if your LPG system is hooked into the OBD system at all?  Some do so that they can monitor the live fuel trims and make appropriate ...

I have the 1.4.0 and its a great tool. But I'm also tempted by the ease of use offered by the c110. Anyone know if it offers the same functions as 1.4.0 or is t more limited? (Apologies for raising an older thread, but no one seems to have both as yet?)
