Hi all, thanks for the replies,  I spent today working on it, firstly I removed the calliper, all was fitted correctly, I re-greased the sliding pins and refitted, same problem. I then disconnected the abs sensor and cleaned connection and reconnected, same problem. I rescanned with INPA and no DTC'...

I replaced mine last week, £82 all in from BMW, took about an hour to fit and works perfect.  I also thought about buying cheap but the horror stories I read, it didn't justify the effort.

I have had this on a few cars over the years and its ranged from, sticky caliper, warped discs and unbalanced tyres
