Drivetrain noise

it came as advisory on last MOT, the noise is more when you drive on concrete road, i have changed myself both on mine wasnt too hard with hub puller! looks like the water splashes from the inner side that causes the rust and noise.

LCI Headlight Washer Jet Troubleshooting

Recently replaced the windscreen washer pump as it stopped working, as shown above, all washers has separate pumps as they share the tank but not run at same time. worth just replacing the front washer pump if you dont hear the sound of pump running for lights at all.

Are you doing short journeys by any chance? Daily short runs won’t put the charge back in. It needs about 20 mins of running above idle just to put the starting charge back. A few of us have been caught out by the short journey monster! It also prevents the DPF from regenerating as that needs to be...

As you have an E70 you need to get the battery change coded (if not already done). The advantage of the AGM type is that these cars draw significant current to run their on board systems so an AGM is better suited (and was fitted by default) but it’s not essential to have one. i had the same "root cause" issue though any further damage wasnt done as leak was a bit more and made car to report temperature is too high, so checked and replaced EGR coolant valve. looks like its common fault or life of these valves snapping at exactly same spot. thermostat, water pump...

most likely a very slow leak, get a local ac specialist to put leak dye into the system, then under a un light would show the leak.
