As said it wont be the glows causeing a non start, you did keep turning it over for several minutes I presume?, it does take a while to fire up after youve removed an injector....battery has to be fully charged and you have to keep it turning over not stop and try again.....

Ive done loads of changes of injectors, had a chuffer on my merc sprinter....reason found for that was the mechanic hadnt torqued it enough, I gave it crank tighter and it stopped....I recently changed the injectors on my F12 640d but I torqued them all up correctly and gave them a final crank manua...
