Ive never really got involved with any kind of warrany before so am unsure of the costs and what they do and dont cover in all honesty :(

Greydog - just the comparison I was after really !. Without a noticable difference in the driving side of it for me personally I dont think its worth the extra expense (dont get me wrong money no object and id not be as worried). Found or shall I say been offered a 2002 4.4 sport with 110,000 miles on it as its come into one of our dealers.

I dont know alot of the trimmings yet but is anyone able to sum up what a 4.4 sport wont have that a 4.6 would have ?

Ahhhhh

I was sure id seen somewhere that some had no air, some had rear and some had full but was not sure what models or specs  8)

Am I correct in thinking the 4.6 would have rear air and the 4.8 full air suspension ?  :-[

Thats cool - ive heard about the liners but never knew what models or engines it related to  :-[

Having been through slow auto diesels for over 7 years now its time for a change and the extra spec they all seem to have is the icing on the cake  :)

Going straight for the 4.8 would be great but its going to come down to budget at the end of the day - although saying that I can stay in the Toyota all year if thats what it takes to get the right X5 :D Nice little artical gmc15 - am I correct in assuming the M62 and N62 are both solid reliable lum...
