If you can't use DVD nav unit is it possible to get reaf DVD unit from entertainment centre to play on front screen

Hi ,can anyone tell me if I can get my sat nav DVD player unlocked so can play DVDs , car is x5 e70 2008 ,only have stack CD player in glove box ,so would like to unlock sat nav DVD if possible

It was 5 amp fuse in rear 

Well after  the purchase of my 2008 x5 and finding out the DVD player doesn't read on the rear entertainment system,got it fixed for a high price for £450 inc vat, plugged everything in and  tried out with DVD and the PlayStation 2 before mounting back into the centre consol,every thing was working ...

Just realised I put this in wrong section,should be in the x5e70 section ,could mods move this for me please

Hi ,can anyone give me some advise on how to remove the rear DVD player from the rear entertainment system in my e70 as I need to remove it to get it repaired, will work out cheaper if I can take it out myself, thanks in advance, steve
