xenon's seem a bit dim

I've changed the bulbs a while back and it improved the output quite a bit but it's not as good as the E46 now that I put new projector bowls in that one.

DAB radio

No the problem was there before as I had the low battery sign every time I got in it so had the battery replaced. Hasn't worked well though as the low battery warning still pops up but then again I only do about 50 mile a week at the weekends.

DAB radio

I'll try and look into it a bit more at the weekend but the battery is about 6 months old and has been coded to the car (according to Halfords anyway). I have the flickering interior centre light as well which could well be caused by a bad earth. Where could the grounding wires be?

Has anyone ever changed the bowls in the E70 and got a better light output?

DAB radio

This is a bit baffling but I've noticed that when I pull away and the doors auto lock the DAB drops it's signal for a few seconds then comes back. It's even done it when I apply the brakes and come to a stop but only when the car stops and not before....any ideas?

Pan roof problem

Not been on for a while but just a heads up it turns out it isn't a wrap on the roof as the chap who was going to do it couldn't remove it. He said it just kept chipping as he tried, even heating it up wouldn't shift it so I did some digging and I can only conclude that it must be plastidip or somet...

xenon's seem a bit dim

Yes it seems so, could probably do with getting them aligned as the bowls wobble around a bit when changing them.

Pan roof problem

Finally booked in to get the roof wrap replaced on the 4th Nov so will get some pics up when it's done, it's starting to get a bit worse now and looks very tatty. I'm deciding whether to get the M sport skirts wrapped in carbon to match the front splitter but not sure yet, I don't want it to look &q...

xenon's seem a bit dim

Got the bulbs changed to Osram nightvision laser and they have made quite a difference. When I took the existing ones out they had odd bulbs in, one was Osram and the other some chinese crap (which had burnt around the glass) so this was the reason for the useless light (one started fading to yellow).

xenon's seem a bit dim

Lights seem in good nick and the lenses are fairly clear but I can't see into the bowls as It's a bit tight in there. Is it easy to remove the entire light or am I looking at bonnet/wing removal?

xenon's seem a bit dim

As the title suggests they seem a bit dim. Not had the car long enough to notice as I've not driven it at night until yesterday and noticed it doesn't light up the road very well. Now I've had this before with the E46 that we own but I changed the bowls completely ( got them from Retrofit in Holland...

Pan roof problem

Taken some more pics about 10 mins ago while I have the chance. The bonnet is "apparently" carbon fibre as the last owner still has the original (which I'm supposed to be getting but for the delivery company...that's another story) the front splitter is cf and the side skirts are add ons. ...

Pan roof problem

Not yet my friend I just haven't gotten around to it but I am going to call some local wrapping companies near me to get some advice. I have been driving it very little lately as I've been really busy with work so it hasn't grabbed my attention, if I remember I'll take some pics at the weekend. :)
