Worth a try pulling the fuse but will that show a fault.

I had 2 or 3 for my 02 e53 and the one that did the best job was one from the bay at about £7.
It cleared all but the last 2 inches at the top end of the blade but the rubber went hard in a few months so i gave up then lol.

As said above.
You need the module to plug it into.
It cuts the reverse sensors and that kind of thing when you plug a trailer in.
Also stops errors for bulbs cleaver little box.

Switch cleaner will sort the mode button out.
Hot air gun on the black plastic and it will peel back then a squirt of cleaner and play around with the little button.
Warm it again and stick it back down.
Not sure if it will fix the red light but nothing to lose.
