Had my CV gaiters replaced last weekend as they were showing signs of wear (cracks between the grooves). Normally i do repairs myself but an indy quoted me only £60 labour to do both sides. I bought genuine BMW CV gaiters and it took about 3 hrs. http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts.do ... g=31&...

The oil filter cover is 25nm, on mine this is clearly visible (written) on the oil filter cover. i`d say the sump plug is
the same, I do both to 25nm and never had any issues .

At step 3 are you holding down both buttons on the remotes until the quick flashing stage ? If still no luck Hormann garage door openers should have a built in receiver module as phiggystardust mentioned above. Check out method B in this link : http://www.garage-door-remotes.co.uk/ho ... amming.htm

I have both fitted in mine, remote control in overhead panel and remote control rear view mirror . I used genuine BMW pads for my replacement last year but now wish i used axxis pads as i`m forever
cleaning my wheels .

Genuine front BMW pads are manufactured by Jurid and rears are manufactured by Textar.

Top right hand corner of the screen below the eject button is the telephone receiver button below that
is the changing tape track button and clock symbol , whilst watching tv press the clock symbol , problem solved.

Have you checked the relevant fuses. Not sure which fuse if any in the front
fuse box but worth checking fuses 72,73,74,75 rear fuse box .

Side step rubbers also called Naps 51 71 7 053 464 .
