Re: Rear Reclining Seats
OK so all switches fitted. Rear Tailgate ones working. C pillar ones do not work, but without them, it breaks the circuit so even the tailgate ones stop working. I have ensured the relay is in place. Lost for ideas now on why it does not work.
C pillar switches for...

Re: blower fan help!!!

Have you checked the plug connector going to the FSR for any corrosion or dry terminals ?

I've done the rear blower retrofit on mine and had to change the complete blower wiring harness. The
Wiring harness from the donor car had quite a bit of corrosion on one of the terminals going to the FSR.

Re: E53 indicators - 3 flash from a press - it is possible?

On E46 models you can change the LCM to a later software version 4.0 or above for this function to work.
Any other models of the era require a intravee as far as I'm aware.

Re: Wires in the boot (X5 3.0d Sport 2003 [E53])

The blue plug in the right cubby is for rear seat electric backrest , there should be another blue plug
on the opposite side behind the cd changer.

Unfortunately if your X was not equipped with DSP the wiring loom for the sub and amplifier
  will not be present.
