I bought a Sealey 18v one and when I tried it wouldn't remove some of the x5 wheel bolts which was a it disappointing but has been useful for other things , I have for many years not let the tyre place I use tighten my bolts up and the one time they did I broke an extending bar socket trying to undo...

I'd say that's fairly unusual if it wasn't squeaking etc before , is the battery well charged etc as funny things can happen on.low charge as we all know

Probably same as the e46 one and I put about 4 in when I had mine inc genuine ones that didn't last much longer it seemed either . No fan is usually the hedgehog though

The winters were non runflat and a cheap brand called Rotalla ice plus and id definitely buy them again no complaints here :driving: Mine has 168k now really imo 200k is good going for most cars , few get past it ,id be worried about the autobox after that but things can go at any time as we know . ...

Do you change to smaller wheels too? Its on the original 20's now with winters but I have a set of summer 21's but due to one thing or another they haven't been on since 2021 , I was for putting them on this year but with not using it there is no point now as it will soon be winter again. :headbang...

Did you keep the X5 Leslie? Yes its still here and mot'ed last month though its been parked most of the last 3 months and I sorned it last month as I have a cheap runabout Passat b6 now as it was getting too expensive to run . I will probably not put it back on the road till winter time. :thumbsup:

It's common for the hard plastic corner pieces on the bulkhead to crack and let water run onto the rear 2 injectors , my drivers one was split that covers the master cylinder they are about 110 each new ! I could get a secondhand one they were all broke too.
