Replaced my disa valve today,I wasn't getting any problems but thought it wise to check it,it was in one piece but where the flap locates with the spigot it was rounded off so the flap moved but the piston didn't.

I have replaced the aux fan temp sensor and a sensor in the coolant system but still not working,I may buy the fan and as I said earlier will plug in first to see if it works.

Yes I watched them I asked about doing it without removing bumper

plenty of problems no info on anyone actually changing one..

I did minimal information 

Has anyone replaced the above without removing the bumper?Is it possible to unbolt the impeller from the housing and fit the new one in situ?

carly module and phone app seems to be the way to go 

I had lean running codes,cleaned throttle body all ok after

maybe just your throttle body needs cleaning,remove intake hose and spray some throttle body cleaner in to the throttle body
