Re: 640i Cabriole

Lol, I now also have a merc too so I can compare all 3 :D Nice to hear of your A6, I’ve learnt that Audi stopped shipping those petrol V6s this way pretty early on. So they’re a rare commodity. The 640 has one of BMW’s most regarded straight 6 engines - N57. On paper the 640 has more horses and more...

electronics, turbo, gearbox etc are standard worries I guess, plus the roof. I have a BMW warranty to hopefully save myself

Re: BMW TwinPower Turbo

most literature suggests the modern TwinPower units are single turbo based. the link I sent below reads 'modern BMW TwinPower engines don't necessarily use twin-scroll turbochargers, but they do have a distinct exhaust manifold that catches more exhaust pulses to feed the turbo and thus create more ...

Undertaking

https://www.rac.co.uk/drive/advice/legal/undertaking/

Guuess it's not illegal strictly speaking, but it can be in a motorway situation - if not under 'AVG speed' or 'stay in lane'

Has anyone been booked?

How else do u pass all the middle-lane hoggers
