Middle lane hoggers beware!

Post by Mpower » Mon Jul 06, 2015 9:31 pm

One of my pet hates the driver that just sits in the middle lane even there's no cars on either side!

Interesting about motorists being able to challenge the evidence.  Given most traffic units have video on board that should be easy.

The fact the driver failed to turn up to court, but still denied everything afterwards does tend toward the verdict having been spot on.

I see them all the time on the M25, but Traffic Units are rarer than hen's dentures!  Perhaps I should start posting evidence from the camera in the car into the Met/Essex/Surrey Police?

Its also one of my biggest pet hates! also when i used to work part time for my dads haulage firm i would say at least once a day i would have to undertake a car that was in the middle lane in the truck.
The other week on duel carridge way i followed a car for miles and miles that just would'nt pull over, in end i undertook rightly or wrongly but anyway a bmw going around 50 in the nearside as i completed the move, looked over and he was in full police uniform, he did nothing so either he was a) waiting for something/ someone more important or b) he had seen in his mirror what was going on
