humming/buzzing sound from rear of car after engine switch off

i heard a humming/buzzing sound from my the rear of my car today just after i switched the engine off, by the time i got out to investigate it had stopped. ive never heard it before, i re-started the car and all seemed fine.

any ideas?

Would that mean I have a leak?

I had just put the spare on the rear due to puncture and drove 12 miles with it

Not really......sometimes the bags just need topping up.
If it happens all the time then maybe
