Sorry to start yet another thread on this subject, but can anyone tell me if this kit will fit my 2004 E53 - dipped beam?...

Yes exact same kit I bought for mine, you will need a 25 mm hole saw to drill a hole in the rear of the headlight plastic casing as the ballasts live outside the headlight, the wiring then runs in and out to the ballasts. The 25 mm hole is then sealed with a grommet.
Dead easy fit though fantastic upgrade to the poor halogen OEM lights too
