I would have told them to order the car the way I wanted it too.  Reject!

Yea - I had the option to reject it, but I don't think I could stand another 4 month wait for it! I did have the built in sun blinds as well, to shade the lil' one, so it wasn't too bad.

For the advanced eye unit itself, I had front and rear cams, at £184 + vat. If you don't have a li-ion/agm battery, I think the cost doubles.

Fitting was (according to BMW docs found online), 1.5hrs labour for front  , 2.5 hrs for both front and rear, which I reiterated with the sales rep, to ensure they didn't try to rip me off on the labour.
