Where for parking sensor?

Folks I got 8 new parking sensors from eBay in January and 1 of the front centres has failed already. I opted for some at £15 each as I assumed the sub £10 ones would have been rubbish!

Has anyone bought some from eBay before that have proved fine thus far? If so, can you give me a link to the seller? I'd rather replace with a tried and tested part.

Also, found a couple of rough bumper removal guides online- doesn't seem too bad?! How long roughly should it take?
