Hi I have read the articles about this, and now I am trying it out ,I have put a wire from the live to the green/white but all what
Happens is the fan in the heater go's on no heat the fan in the car doesn't come on , and I have run it for about 1 minute,
Any ideas

Sounds like no ignition. Common fault as the glowplug fails. Could be the electronics board too. Until you take it to bits there is no easy way to find out.
Until you get ignition, nothing else happens.
