Deezer issue

Hi, I am having an issue with online entertainment, more specifically Deezer Channels. When I first registered the Channels appeared and worked fine. 1 week later, whilst deezer is working and will happily search for music the channels do not load, and the "Channels" screen is blank regardless of how long I wait. Deezer customer support suggested it might be because I was out of the UK, which I wasn't. BMW suggested updating online services, which I have tried without any success. Before I fork out for the full years subscription I want to be sure I am getting all available services. Has anyone else had this issue, and know how to resolve it? Thnx in advance!

I don't use Channels but when I look it's blank. maybe something to do with saving certain Channels?
