Hmmmm not sure then Hairdye.??? that is confusing....

Not sure where you are but the Webasto factory is in Doncaster, not far from here....you could give them a ring to confirm what facility you have, and maybe get some explanation of what it says on your unit.

I wish I could sort mine out too.

Car is like ice on a morning and I wish I could get mine to work, but was advised on here that it's NOT an option in the uk.

Reason being, it's illegal to start your car engine and walk away from the car in the uk, and the Webasto unit fired up is a similar situation.

I bought a software suite off fleabay to try and "switch mine in" but couldnt manage it.
I've done something though messing about because the car now wreaks of diesel fumes in the car when we're stood and the engine is running, I think it's fumes from that Webasto heater.

I need to try n sort out what Ive done.

Wis I knew someone near me in Yorkshire who could help me.

I'm in castleford so Doncaster not too far. The mechanic in our street just read the codes but not sure what he used to read them.
It came up A.C. heater IHKA / IHKR 32 additional heater....... then under that section it stated,
STH Parking heater
02 combustion air fan
03 circulation pump

I'm still no wiser nor was the mechanic. Either way it doesnt make any noise at all..im stuck.
I'm going to start a new thread as this one was originally for the scan tool but I was told I needed to find out if my webasto worked  first .
Thanks

IHKR is also a single zone system, with only one temperature control for the entire passenger cabin. IHKA This is a fully automatic climate control system....that wont help you but explains the difference
