Hi Devon

Did you get a reply from Mr Wu?
I got one - he sent me an invoice for my order.

OK. No problem. I'm going to order mine at the weekend as I've got some items on ebay finishing tomorrow so will have magic money to spend!

Fingers crossed customs don't get involved!  O:-)

Your spelling needs improving!

No small tank so £70-75. Only last about 250 miles though which is a bit tiresome. !
No - that was to keep the mods happy and you got the point!

That's same for my wife's 1-Series. Totally cr@p - 2 litre lump that wants no more than 46 litres to fill-up and then give me/us 230 miles. Right PITA.
Worse was my E60 M5. £70 odd to fill up and you'd be lucky to see 200 miles off that.

The problem is with mine and that V10 you want to hear it so you boot it more which uses more fuel......

Update on this for Devon - The guy at the company in Taiwan making the parts sent me a shipping slip as proof of sending.
Should be with me soon!

Only worry is that the slip lists the contents and they are clearly not a gift so I could hit with customs.

Boo.

Let's see.

UPDATE:

Parts have arrived in UK but Parcelforce won't deliver them unless I pay £26.74 in Customs charges. Dang!

I wish I had asked him to mark it up as a gift to try and get round this.

Most suff gets X-ray analysis these days and HMRC may have taken a dim view of the 'gift' tag anyway.  £25 not bad really considering what it might have cost if you had no alternative but buy in the UK.
