Well I can defiantly say yesterday was a BAD DAY  :( Driving down the road (my right of way already committed) and a white van man decided he wasn't going to wait and come flying towards me and smashed my wing mirror plastics to bits so now got to find me front/back wing mirror plastics and a puddle light,

Anyway back to original problemS,,, had a good look around yesterday removing all 4 wheels, cleaning out all sensor connector boxes, tracing all sensor wires for damage, nothing noticeable so I decided to remove sensors and give them clean and visual inspection, mmmm not such good idea  :) Drivers front came out ok, looked ok, cleaned and refitted, onto passengers front, IT WAS STUCK SOLID, give it bit help got it to move but cracked it removing it,  maybe something to do with fault, maybe not, just waiting for new one.

Going to have quick look at abs module connectors today, I did plug my diagnostics lead in before done anything and there was lot gobble de gook about a module,  maybe abs, maybe central locking,

and also said something bout centre console switch,
Hazard button works ok,
Door lock button doesn't.

Careless driving and not giving a **** about others property.  >:(  :)

Looks to me- in layman terms- that the front abs/wheel sensor and steering angle sensor are out of whack after the thump. Try running the engine and turning steering left and right full lock. Thats my theory..

Yes front left abs sensor is currently removed, just waiting for replacement. I think I might try to re calibrate steering sensor before I replace it,  if I follow the re calibrate video on YouTube (looks pretty straight forward! He says!)  that might clear the code. I no the lights will still be on due to front left sensor but hopefully will clear steering sensor fault. Fingers crossed.  :)

Quick update, new abs sensor fitted, abs fault sorted, also managed to sort out central locking, I was in transport mode, so just the 2 faults left,
1) steering angle control unit, ( that's got to be steering angle sensor hasn't it,)
2) temporary system deactivation, (not got a clue what that is)

Also can I buy a used steering angle sensor and recalibrate that.

THE DASH LIGHTS ARE OUT  :P  Took the steering angle sensor apart and noticed 4 very small brushes type prongs, 1 was broken so just bent the broken prong enough so it would make contact again, put back together and job done, ( temporary anyway) will get new one to fit in forceable future. Not sure all the codes are gone, will check that in few days,

So the moral to this story is never ever ever ever ever ever let ANYONE use my car in the future.  >:(

Just like to say a BIG THANKYOU EVERYONE who has replied, it is noted and if ever a meet near Somerset the beer tokens have been noted, thanks guys.  :)
