Spoke to my insurance company Admiral this morning and they have advised me that it makes no difference to my policy when changing to Non Run Flat tyres as they do not class it as a modfication.

I spoke to my insurance company More Than.
They said that I only need to inform them of modifications that increase top speed and acceleration. So clearly and I can now go and install tints, 22" spinners and lower the suspension by 5 inches.

They were not even concerned about them being BMW approved so i can get teh Bridgestones and save £240 against the Michelins

Most insurance companies will take this line tbh. As long as tyres are fit for purpose and are correct spec then all good.
