Does it come with a 5-seat Config?

X6 doesn't, right?
[/quote]

Wrong.  Available from early 2011 builds.

Not been able to config a new one but Comfort seats now available in the rear too.....niiiice. :)

Had a look at one at the dealer launch last weekend.

They had a Pink 3.0d Msport. looked nice in the flesh, and the interior was very nice, and quite roomy.
Looked like a scaled down X6 from the side/rear view, and a new X3 from the front.

I'd be interested to see one parked next to an X6, just for comparison.

New X4 - piccies

Post by X5Sport » Sat Jul 19, 2014 4:18 pm

Right, especially for Jay.....seen this today.  X4 xDrive30d

Note the underfloor boot space in the rear.....it's MUCH less than the X6 has available.  As said earlier, the X4 is not that much smaller than the X6.

Thx:)

looks stunning, great road presence. - there will be more BMW haters now lol

supposedly aerodynamic gills have gone! No roof rails - guess it's built in type roof-bar mounts.

Interior looks better too. Looks like the BMW phony sliding in/out look out of place display design is gone. It's properly placed. Dash looks grand, learnt a lesson or two from the jags I guess. would like to see when switched on!

So only the new x5 looks dull lol.

Still have to break that bank though!! Doh!

The tail end looks a bit hunched/low, might be the extreme camera angle, held at around 7ft!

Next time ask wife to take some photos too Richard lol.

Very nice, seen one in the flesh and could be tempted on a deal for the X6. £41500 otr for the spec i'd want and that would be the 2.0l version.

Saw one today. Did not look too bad although I find the rear a bit wrong looking.

What struck me most was the gap between tyre and wheel arch. In particular on the rear it looked like a few small animals and their families could happily live in there.

An old thread, but I saw one of these at the weekend. From the distance I thought it was that GT thing that nobody buys. Up close I thought it looked lovely, but still wouldnt buy one because i need the prefer having headroom in the back.
