Was the outer (closest to the wing)  No way could i get then inner bulbs out withour removing half of whats under the bonnet for access.

HID direct are sending me out the smaller hid bulb which ought to fit.

Ok cool. Just checking as never seen a H1 used for low dipped beam before.

This must be the reason the guy at HIDS direct asked me if it had a metal clip or a plastic bulbholder. Is it the non projector pre facelifts have a different bulb than the facelift projector headlights ( H7 )
It would be a benefit to those members requiring bulbs in the future if this was clarified.
