x3 noise,

developed an odd noise on my 2004 x3 3.0 auto, sort of a rubbing noise thought it was a worn pad, but they seem all within limits, maybe a sticky caliper??, the rear discs look fairly worn, 90000 mls, the fronts good, it isnt constant, comes and goes, ideas anyone, rgds davey
