This car has nothing but problems. Ive got this light on the dashboard now and it wont go out?

Anyone any idea what it means?

Anyone local with any sort of diagnostics that will be able to tell me whats up with it?

DSC Inactive.  Have you had the battery off?

If so start the car and whilst rolling forward slowly, move the steering from lock to lock and it should go out.
