Oh just to add move checked all fuses which are okay. I've also read that the preheat option (which is the one I want to use as it's getting colder). I'm assuming that since I can ser 2 timers that the preheat option is activated. Is this true? ?

when you set the timers you should get a little red light next to the button that you use to navigate your way through the menu ie the knob on the right of the console

Mine blew cold, as well as others having the same problem. Some have had problems with the PCB's some have stripped and serviced their units. Others have fitted new glow plugs and have had results.
Their is LOADS of info and posts on here to cover most problems if you do a search, I think a member on here actually has repaired a few for other members
