Radio, seat and steering wheel buttons all went back to re-programmed settings ?

Just had my car back after a week in garage fixing a Sat Nav fault and had a new battery fitted. All seems ok so far apart from thursday when the wife came home from work all of the above happened and also the camera didnt come on when reversing and i think a few other things all seem to have reset to i guess standard?? Any idea's folks ::)

Apart from disconnecting the battery again to 10-20 mins and see if a general reset works, I would take it back and tell them to fix it!!
We had this on the E46 and it took a Dealer a week to fix the issues they had caused - which was suspected to be some junior spanner w8nker had initially connected the battery backwards and blown loads of fuses.
