hi changed final stage resistor weekend again and put a meyle one in place of cheap one because when fan was switched on to full was not blasting out, meyle 1 sorted this out but started car on sunday and no heater lights and fan blowing hot air, when engine switched off heater fan still on thought I had sorted problem, any ideas. meyle brand was same as original 1st removed

- Check and swap relevant fuse for climate control. (48 ????)

- Check the slatted grills at front of dash control unit are clear of debris. Maybe try careful use of a brush or consider using compressed air used for cleaning keyboards. Make sure engine ignition off and fuse out before doing this as you can get moisture from aerosol compressed air.

If that doesn't work you may need to check integrity of wiring looms and connectors. Make sure the new FSR is correctly pushed home.

Failing all that it might be worth swapping out re control unit itself although I have no idea if a new one would need coding or not - you will need further advice re that - sorry I can't help more.
