I have bought a Parrot MKi9200 and need some assistance in connecting it.  I realise that the sound system is in the boot next to the battery and I have also purchased the following connectors from a car audio shop in Glasgow:

Quadlock SOT lead (InCarTec 10-504-9 wire)
5m single plug (each end) ISO speaker extension lead (InCarTec 10-149)
5m single plug (each end) ISO power extension lead (InCarTec 10-150)

The problem is I think I may need a further speaker and power extension lead to make it work, even although the guy in the shop was sure that was all I would need. 

Does anyone have any photos of their connections at the SOT lead as this simple job is driving me mad and I currently have the car in bits trying to install this?

Basically do I need two speaker and two power extensions running from the rear to the front where the Parrot unit will be?

Sorry I can't answer your question 100%, but the parrot is spliced into the quadlock wiring on any car, the ISO cable/ harness is in series with the normal wiring, so you will unplug the quadlock, multi plug from the radio module plug one end in to the ISO harness, and then the other end of the harness plugs into the radio module, the other connecter on the ISO harness plugs into the. Parrot box, there is a lead that goes to the parrot Display on yo or dash, as the radio module on the X5 is in the boot, if you've got the Nav, you will need an extension cable to let it reach the front of the car.
Also you need to have an ignition feed to the parrot box. Also a permanent live
If you've bought the set up, any audio shop will charge about £70 quid to fit it, well worth it, as if you don't know what your doing you will waste a full weekend, and probably blow up,the unit.
Let someone else do it and have a chilled out relaxing weekend
