After a long search I have found that the parasitic drain on my battery (e53/02/3.0d) is coming from the radio. If I remove fuse 72  which disables it my battery doesn't depleat overnight. Any ideas as to why this may be?  Anyone else had a similar problem ?

Sounds like you may have a dodgy capacitor in there....

If its a nav version then the module can be sent off for refurbished / upgrade.
Not sure who tinkers with non nav stuff though??!

It could be that it's not shutting down the iBus??
