Suspension warning inactive ??

Hi All X 5 Owner enthusiasts, My X5 2006 keeps showing suspension inactive on dash , can anyone advise as to removing this warning light , I know the suspension unit is working and having spent a lot of money on this problem , My BMW engineer is baffled by this problem, has anybody had a similar problem . most grateful for any feed back

Check your battery! If the battery is aging you will often get this error message. It's completely spurious and is frequently a sign of a failing battery. It is very important when starting the car to let all the warning lights complete their cycles before cranking. That makes sure the dozens of modules all boot up correctly.

I turned mine off as its bloody annoying!!!
(You could ask the mech to do it but unlikely to do so due to litigation nation..)
Can also pop up when you get a spike on the system, for example 3rd party Xenon ballasts etc..
