mine went I  Monday still waiting g 2 days later to get it back due to secure update taking lo Germany than planned.

I sent in the following niggles :

side bolsters not going back to pre set positions following starting car
wing mirrors not demisting
wheel corrosion rejected as previous bmw dealer had them re painted prior to sale
faint hiss from door speakers before car is started
rear lights getting condensation in
hesitant gear changes

anything else common problems to highlight?

It means the security update is taking a while.  It's provided by servers in BMW Germany.  Mine took just over 24 hours.  Others have taken an hour or so.  Sometimes the patches from Germany result in a massive software download.
