What does this warning light mean?

Had a warning light appear recently for the first time, comes on each time when key in pre-ignition, and remains on for 30 or so seconds after starting the car.
Research suggests this is an indicator that the brake fluid is due a change, is this correct?
It's the square clock one on the left.

It's the 2 year brake fluid timer. I had my fluid checked, they test for water content as its hydroscopic . All was well so I reset the indicator using the odometer button as seen on YouTube.
Or you can get the fluid changed at your indie/ dealer /

I'm booked for am MOT at BMW on Saturday, mate of mine is a tech there, so if he's in I'll get him to check the fluid.

As above. You have 2 service systems. Time based - the warning you now have, and Condition based - the 2 green bars you have left before it goes Amber. Approx 3,000 miles per green symbol and 1,000 for the Amber ones. I think it works on the amount of fuel used and does some calculation that says you need an engine service.
