Betsy's hurting - Snapped off Alternator Mounting Bolts - HELP NEEDED ASAP!!

Hi ALL
I have inherited a screeching noise from the Vee-belt that goes around the Alternator, Water-pump & Power Steering, initially I could not find any reason why the belt was making such a noise, but after taking off the underside pan and further investigation I found that x2 of the water cooled alternator mounting bolts were first thought to be missing, but on further investigation it was found that the x2 bolts had snapped off. I’ve managed to get the two broken studs out but now have a greater PROBLEM– I have now found out that the bolts (M6 x 35mm – Z1, Part No. 11121731208) are not a stocked item and have to be ordered from Germany and will take 7-10 days “normally”, but as it’s the “festive season” (Ba Hum Bug, NOT LOL!) it’s more than likely take “considerably longer”.  And for whatever reason, (in today’s technological environment) I cannot order them to be delivered to a UK dealership via an overnight courier?? ONE STEP FORWARD. TWO STEPS BACK  :( >:( :(
So Question(s):
1. Going by the location (see attached photo) of the two snapped off bolts and a third that was bent, is this an historic design fault of the mounting bolts geometry?
Image

2. Does anyone know where I am able to get hold of x6 off of the M6 x 35mm – Z1 bolts?
OR
3. Does anyone know what grade the bolts are so I can get the equivalent grade of bolts to fit?
&
4. What the correct torque setting is for the mounting bolts when tightening them back down?
All assistance greatly appreciated to get Betsy back on the road asap, (it's going to be a Very Sad Christmas :xmassad: for her otherwise)?

There should be something stamped on the head of any bolts you have left, this will indicate what spec it is, ie, high tensile etc etc.
Find your local fastener/bolt/screw outlet, usually on an industrial estate some where, they will know what you need.
Sorry can't help with torque settings.

Take one of the "good" bolts with you to an engineering works etc ( or E bay) avoid stainless steel as its softer than high tensile steel . Any high tensile steel bolt of the same dimensions and thread length should do the trick, and dont worry about torqueing them up , just remember they are only 6mm in diameter

Well after a good clean the markings on the set screw bolt are K X 2  8.8 OR COULD BE 9.8??

8.8 is high tensile, as said any engineering fastener stockists should have them on the shelf, are they bolts ( only threaded part way down the shank ) or set screws ( threaded for the full length of the bolt )
If set screws will do, longer ones cut down may do, but they take some sawing.
Good luck

these bolts may be retro-fitted by using some threaded bar & Nylock nuts.... EBAY

After some consideration I went for M6 x 35mm high tensile 12.9 Grade  Cap Head Allen Screw Bolts in the end, let's see if they shear off, hopefully not  ;)
