Any one know if there is a bonnet fixed bug deflector... the sort like the Nissan Navara's have thats a smoked plastic 2" tall lip on the front of the bonnet (not a bonnet bra).. ?

I did 500 miles last Friday alone... and a spring & summer of similar daily mileage several times a week comming up too...
& anything that reduces the number ofgooey critters splatting on my screen is needed soon...

The nearest Ive found on our favourite auction site is for a Nissan Pickup, but it would need some fettling to make it fit & look good...

Aren't they called bonnet 'bra's' or similar?  Or am I thinking of something completely different... :-[

Never seen an X with a front air spoiler bug deflector on the bonnet.

A bonnet bra is a fabric canvas monstrosity... that acts as a soft shell..
the bug deflector is typically a smoked perspex deflector like side window air deflectors... are more commonly available for Landrovers or Japanese 4x4s ie Nissan Navara's or trucks etc.

The deflector clips to the front edge of the bonnet & assists in deflecting critters away from the screen.
