Am I right in saying for the rear I can access from behind the bumper and do not need to drop the bumper (only for the front)?

That all going well it is a plug and play and should be a relatively quick job?

That this is the right part?

Yes that looks to be the correct sensor .
Easy job on the rear. Remove the blank plate where the towbar would be, you can reach in and feel for the tab at the bottom of the sensor holder. Lift the tab and the rear retainer will come away allowing the sensor to be removed once pushed out towards you .
Once clear of the bumper you can remove the plug from it. You then have to separate the sensor from the cowling, re assemble in reverse order , job sorted.
It was about 3years ago that I last did this but it was an easy job .
