Exhaust

Post by Chris.od » Sat Feb 13, 2016 7:10 pm

Hi everyone,

I'm just wondering if anyone can confirm categorically for me whether a full 4.6is exhaust will bolt straight into my 4.4? I've searched and the closest I've seem to be able to find out is that the back boxes aren't compatible due to bore size and flange bolt holes but I can't seem to find anything definitive about full systems and whether the manifold - front pipe diameters and flange mountings will line up...

Thanks in advance for your help,

Chris

Why do you want 4.6 exhausts ? Is it for the  oval tips?

Combination of tips, sound and being a slightly larger bore I believe they should be free-er flowing but am happy to be advised otherwise if I've miss understood anything

Just had a look on realoem and answered my own question I think; they list the same part numbers for manifolds and cats for both but different numbers for centre resonators and backbones so I think all should be good! Fingers crossed...
