Major squeak on rear drivers doing the head right in

Hi i have a 2004 x5 rear drivers is squeaking like crazy its doing my nut in i have checked subfranes bushes and its not them. It is a proper rubber squeak i just cannot pin point it.

Rear ball joints maybe, you have to support the body and de pressurise the air suspension the identify any wear in the joints

Ok great i will give that a try is there a thread anywhere on how to de-pressurise the air system?
