I have fitted Climair to both of my X3's.
Very easy to fit.

I have ordered a set of Heko ones:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BMW-X5-E53-20 ... SwNSxVeXvX
I have used this brand before on my two previous cars and the quality is good.
Cheap in my opinion at £25 for the complete set of 4

Never thought about buying them, but i like the idea.
Without being silly or rude, is it seen as an old mans upgrade?
Maybe i'm getting old? But what the hell, can see them being so useful as i like driving the X3 with the window open [emoji2]

I have found them very useful when its been raining and you get into your car.
Usually the car's windows get condensation on them.
Put the hot air on, crack the window slightly. Gets rid of the condensation quicker.
Also reduces wind noise when you open the window on the motorway.
