Window regulator and throttle body.

The window on my driver door works ok but as it's had a lot more use than the passenger side it seems to have a small element of 'slack' in it. Every up or down movement has the motor (or something) moving a fraction before the window moves. It's very slight and barely noticable but it's there.
Can these things be adjusted in some way or tightened?
As for the throttle body. Is it ok to push the butterfly valve open to allow me to clean it as it is fly by wire (4.4V8). Will this affect the position sensor. The reason I ask is because when I  rev the engine there is a slight hesitation/stutter from idle. So while inspecting for air leaks I will clean it if possible.
Thanks.

There are a couple of plastic bushes in the window much.
If they are damaged then you will get play in it.

They can be repaired / replaced.

Re throttle body..
As long as the ignition is off you should be OK as long as you don't force it..
