Just aquired a set of E70 wiper arms and blades today, I believe one is a straight fit , one needs modded, today's weather discouraged any outside fiddling. I bought (£16) 2 x aerials for the TV ( don't laugh, best caravan aerials on the market??) The ones I have are c*%p. Looks like a busy day tomorrow.

Done the wiper mod, looks good, can't believe I've had the aerials a week and never noticed they have the wrong ends on.

I've got an E70 rear wiper, but not looked at changing the fronts, I was under the impression the E70 ones were too long.

I do want to do something with the wiper arms, as they are very faded and matt, but was just going to paint them.

Is there any advantage to the E70 ones?

Cheers, that answers my question. Think I'll have to look at this at some point.

Don't really see any advantage, other than looks and probably only an X5 nerd would notice anyway. Drivers side just bolts on. Had to shorten the passengers side arm by 40mm other wise it overlaps the screen. Just like doing stuff.
